The world's first Kilomathon takes place in England on Sunday 14th March (six weeks before the London Marathon and eight weeks before the Paris Marathon) running from Nottingham to Derby and takes in the picturesque Elvaston Castle Country Park.
Maternal and Childhealth Advocacy International, a Nottingham-based charity which works to improve maternal and child healthcare worldwide, invites you take part in this new race and raise funds for them at the same time.

Currently the risk of maternal death in sub-Saharan Africa is 1 in 26. This Mother’s Day we hope that people will run the Kilomathon and join us in helping the mothers and families whose health we improve.
