Summary

Do you find yourself stressed at work and at home.  Would you like a few simple techniques to help you manage your stress.  Come along to this short interactive workshop to learn some useful techniques on how to manage your stress. 

You will learn that we all need stress in our lives and how to eliminate the bad stress while keeping the good stress.  We will combine breathing techniques with positive thinking and a little nlp work, which will help you become the calm and confident person you wish to be.

This is a one off workshop.

Places are limited to 15 persons so book early to avoid disappointment.
